Mega Man Battle Network 3 was not so big differences compared to the previous game. However, Capcom has enjoyed in a bit more Battle Chips, and even a bit more style Changes. But the most notable of this game is that it comes in two versions.
In Japan the game was released initially in only one version, but about three months dropped to a new version of the game, then with the title "Black". When the game reached the U.S. and Europe it was released directly in two versions, but with the titles "Blue" and "White" instead.
The differences in the versions is not large, but includes various bosses in certain places in the game. Ie, when you meet a boss in a certain place in the Blue version, you will face a different boss at the same place in the White version.






 

 
Story:
After Lan and MegaMan.Exe defeated Sean and his mysterious organization Lan become good friends with Sean. But it has recently been shown that Sean was manipulated to create the Gospel, and that of none other than Dr.. Wily, who now succeeded in restoring the WWW.
This time he plans to resurrect Alpha - the program that was the beginning of the new advanced network that ran amok, creating havoc in the electronic equipment that was connected until it finally took off.
lphas data then read in a special cell behind a lot of highly powerful barriers in Scilab network. To unlock them requires four complex password program called Tetra Codes that are hidden in very specific parts of the network. They are placed there at random because of their special nature, so no one except the government knows where they are.
Some argue that a fifth Tetra Code was created and placed in a well protected place. Lan and MegaMan.Exe, well aware of the situation, going out to try and stop Dr. Wily.
